What happens at our initial meeting or “Meet & Greet”?
You’ll learn more about our services and qualifications and we’ll learn more about your pets, home and the customized care you desire for your pets while you’re gone. If you feel that 4 PAWS Pet Watch is a match for you and your pets, then you’ll need to fill out some information and authorization forms as well as provide us with copy of your house key for entry or some other form of entry (i.e., garage door opener, combination door lock, etc).
What type of animals does 4 PAWS Pet Watch care for?
We care for dogs, puppies, cats, kittens, birds, fish, lizards, turtles, rabbits, hamsters and guinea pigs. Animals not covered by this list will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Are you bonded and insured?
Yes, for your peace of mind 4 PAWS Pet Watch is bonded and insured by Pet Sitters Associates.
Will you administer medications to our pets?
We will administer your pet’s medications (pills, ointments, drops and/or liquids) at no extra cost. Shots, injections or multiple medications will be an extra cost.
Why should I use 4 PAWS Pet Watch instead of a neighbor, friend or relative?
Our clients can take comfort that their pets are being cared for by someone trained for emergencies, bonded, insured and certified in pet first aid and CPR with excellent references from satisfied clients. We know it can be difficult to impose on someone to take on the responsibility of watching your pet(s) and now, with us, you won’t have to.
Do you have references?
Yes. We have excellent references that are available upon request.
How is payment made to 4 PAWS Pet Watch?
Payment is required in full just prior to our caregiving. We prefer payment by check or cash; however, we will accept credit cards with an additional processing charge.
